The Inexperienced Blogger

Since this is my first blog, I have many ideas and questions running through my head about the use and reasoning of a blog. The mere procedure for posting even the template is exciting enough for my heart to begin beating harder and faster. I'm excited. I feel like an adventurer. Well, I guess I am.

I have several friends whom have referred me to their own blogs, all of which I have enjoyed. In building my own blogspot, I took a look around to research how the game on the street in being played. To no surprise, they all look different, focus on different themes, some family, some sports, some day to day life activity stuff. Mine will be completely self-serving- well, maybe it will be fun for my family and friends from the Midwest to keep in touch with me here. I doubt it though. My family at best seems uninterested in my extra-ordinary life in Alaska. They just continue to think I am crazy. Well, that may not be too far from the truth...
