Living a life of a thirty-something single female in NYC seems thrilling on television, but in Fairbanks, Alaska it's a little less than titlating. Well, one thing is for sure, the pool is much smaller...and I'm afraid circumstances tend to repeat themselves for sheer lack of activity, rather than interest.

Well, NYC doesn't always turn out well either (http://yhoo.it/tzaxuo) My daughter is 30-something there and says it's hard:
"they're all either married, gay or ... homeless." Take heart and practice flirting every chance you get!
