Is it composed of the quality of life one creates for oneself through appropriations including work, love, play? Particularly in searching for jobs, how does one justify a worthiness based on performance, reputation, longevity, and respect?

Furthermore, let's talk about fairness in work. Or fairness in general. Ok- there is none. Nothing is based on fair. While that is a hard fact of life, fairness has to come into play somewhere in the workplace...doesn't it?...shouldn't it?...
